[HCM] Senior B2B Business Development Specialist

As part of GHN, we serve leading e-commerce platforms and enterprises across Vietnam with a wide range of services, including truckload delivery, multi-drop distribution, and warehouse handling, as well as end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Business development (70%)
- Develop and execute plans to grow new potential clients and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Perform periodic customer care tasks as assigned, support retention and growth of existing clients.
- Execute business plans by phase, meeting individual performance targets.
- Proactively research market trends (pricing, competitor promotions, etc.) and propose appropriate commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to create tailored service packages for key accounts in niche sectors.
2. Product development (20%)
- Support the development and updates of pricing models and service offerings based on guidance from management or solution teams.
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting...) to deliver services as per established processes.
- Monitor service delivery progress and support performance tracking regularly.
- Record and coordinate the resolution of issues arising during service execution.
3. Other tasks (10%)
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct managers.
Requirements
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree from top universities (preferably in Economics, Business, or Logistics).
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for workplace communication.
2. Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience working with cost structures and pricing models.
- Preferably has experience in B2B logistics, FMCG, Electronics, E-Commerce, or industries like Mom & Kids, Fashion, Cosmetics.
3. Skill
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Project execution mindset and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Ability to support and coordinate operational issues effectively.
4. Attitude
- Honest and transparent.
- High integrity.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proactive and self-driven.
