[HCM] B2B Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving growth in our B2B segment, including developing new enterprise clients, designing tailored logistics solutions, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence across strategic industries such as E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Electronics, and Manufacturing, while ensuring sustainable revenue growth and strong client partnerships.
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B clients across target industries
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Pricing teams to define target segments and go-to-market approaches
  • Drive market expansion and acquire new enterprise accounts
 
2. Solution Design & Consultative Selling
  • Understand client logistics challenges and propose customized solutions (linehaul, warehousing, distribution, last-mile delivery)
  • Partner with Pricing, Operations, and Product teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Deliver compelling presentations and lead negotiations with senior stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Logistics, etc.)
  • Increase win rates through strong value propositions and solution-based selling
 
3. Sales Closing & Account Growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → contract signing → implementation
  • Lead Business Development Team to develop and grow key/enterprise accounts to ensure long-term revenue growth
  • Propose commercial models and partnership frameworks that create mutual value
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service performance
 
4. Market Insights & Strategy
  • Keep updated with market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
  • Recommend go-to-market strategies and business improvements
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute insights to support product development and business optimization
 
5. Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of B2B Business Development
 
 
Requirements
1. Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
 
2. Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing business development team
  • Strong track record in closing high-value deals or long-term service contracts
  • Experience in logistics, 3PL, or B2B service industries is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with pricing models and cost structures
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
