Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management:

  • Develop potential customer development plans to ensure implementation of assigned monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Implement business plans, responsible for team and individual business indicators.
  • Proactively survey, grasp the market situation (promotions, selling prices of competitors) and make appropriate suggestions to superiors.
  • Focus on corporate customers, medium and large projects of customers.
  • Analyze and report business and human resource activities to the Sales Manager.

2. Solution Development:

  • Coordinate with Operations to develop suitable shipping solutions for each different customer.
  • Actively coordinate with Operations and CS to resolve problems arising during the shipping process.
  • Coordinate many GHN services to provide customers: last mile delivery, distribution delivery, instant delivery (Ahamove) and warehousing & goods handling services

3. Other work: Other tasks as arranged by Line Manager

Qualifications:

  • 02 - 03 years of experience in the field of business/sales
  • Experience in managing a group of customers with revenue of 200 million/month
  • Experienced in quote building methods, profit analysis and basic implementation steps with B2B customers.
  • Skills in planning and implementing plans
  • Negotiation and bargaining skills
  • Able to work independently.
